Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once accepted by Nour Access.

2. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if travel details change, additional stops are added or waiting time is incurred.

3. Payment

Payment is required prior to travel unless otherwise agreed. Approved corporate and NDIS account customers may be invoiced.

4. Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee may apply.

  • No-shows may be charged the full fare.

5. Waiting Time

Reasonable waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for ensuring correct booking details are provided and for complying with all applicable laws and safety requirements.

7. Child Restraints

Suitable child restraints must be requested at the time of booking. Availability cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

8. Vehicle Capacity

Nour Access provides transport for up to seven passengers, subject to luggage and accessibility requirements.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to provide reliable and timely service, Nour Access is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, accidents or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Privacy

Personal information provided to Nour Access is used solely for the purpose of providing transport services and managing enquiries. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
